Proficient in file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP), secure communication technologies (SSH, SSL), and basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. Adept at cryptography, firewall configurations, and application testing across development, testing, UAT, and production environments. Experienced in data center types and migration strategies. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to ensure seamless IT support and system security.
