JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Delivery Lead to oversee and manage our End User Support operations.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electronic)


• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience is required for this position.


• Candidate must be familiar with the End User Support Environment Task


• Candidate must have the ability to lead and manage a team, ensuring smooth operations and high performance.


• Candidate must be willing to do site/ client visits around NCR.
