About the Role
Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare and set up for opening and closing operations
- Assist customers with seating and guide them on the ordering process
- Serve food and beverages in a prompt and courteous manner
- Respond to customer enquiries on menu items, services, and promotions
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Support kitchen staff as required
- Greet and attend to customers professionally throughout their visit
- Prior food and beverage service experience to support effective guest interactions
- Pleasant personality with strong communication skills to engage guests positively
- Basic English (& Mandarin) proficiency to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet business needs
