Roles & Responsibilities
· US MNC · 6 months contract
Responsibilities · Scheduling for re-scheduling / PM / Sales Support / Breakdown calls / Installation & commissioning for TSEs and follow up with customer until closure of the activity. · Proactively calling customer to confirm the appointment. · MIV of parts for Technical Service Engineers · Creation of jobsheets · Administrator in maintaining the availability of all demo printers in the workshop · Creation and ensuring of spare part and service labour quotations to be sent to customers. · Proactively call and follow up on the customer PO to ensure that the delivery is on time · Invoicing in FieldAware system of completed service report and send to Customer Service team for final invoicing. · Cloud MIV to Customer Service Team · Fieldaware monthly report and Accrual report to finance during closing.(Bi-weekly) · Checking of Technical Service Engineers OT forms for monthly submission. · Reclassification report for finance · PM...
