Service coordinator

Coordinate and control daily workshop service operations, scheduling vehicles and/or equipment for service. Act as the primary point of contact for service-related enquiries, ensuring professional customer communication and accurate service information. Plan and maintain service schedules, technician allocations and resource availability in collaboration with workshop management. Monitor workflow progress, service turnaround times and communicate updates to customers. Ensure all service documentation (job cards, authorisations and invoices) is accurately completed, approved and processed. Capture, verify and maintain service-related data, records and reports. Coordinate invoicing and ensure payment or authorisation is received prior to the release of vehicles and/or equipment.
