We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected construction equipment dealership in Atlantic Canada that is seeking a Service Coordinator to join their team in Fredericton, New Brunswick. What You’ll Be Doing:

Coordinating and scheduling service work and shop activity Supporting technicians and the Service Manager with daily operations Opening and managing work orders Communicating with customers regarding service updates and timelines Coordinating with the parts department to ensure smooth workflow Maintaining accurate records and documentation Helping deliver a strong customer service experience What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a service coordination, parts counter, dispatch, or similar role Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills Mechanical aptitude or interest in equipment/machinery Experience in construction equipment, heavy equipment, trucking, automotive,...
