Service Advisor

We are looking for a talented Service Advisor to join our large team in our Wetherill Park branch. In this role, you will be an integral part of the branch Service team, working closely with the Field Service team, other departments, warranty team and the wider business.

You will provide routine support to customers, including end-users, distributors, and/or dealers, seeking information and assistance.

This is a maternity leave cover with a fixed-term contract of up to 12 months.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Previous relevant work experience is advantageous

• Prior technical and customer service experience is required.

• Experience with warranty processing & decision making

• Local Valid Drivers License is required

• Highly self-driven and motivated with a strong work ethic
