+ Act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians
+ Identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services
+ Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs
+ Write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish
+ Communicate additional service needs based on inspections
+ Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage
+ Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates
