About the Role
Description We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to support a busy automotive service team in Texas. This is a Contract position for someone who can guide customers through the service process, coordinate with technicians, and keep repair activity organized from arrival to completion. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays composed in a fast-moving environment, and helps create a positive service experience at every stage.

• Welcome customers, gather vehicle concerns, and document service needs with accuracy at the start of each visit.
