Role Summary:
This role serves as a key coordinator between customers, sales, and internal project teams, ensuring timely communication and execution of service and project-related activities. The position is responsible for managing incoming requests, gathering and relaying critical technical information, and supporting the progression of jobs through the workflow. This individual will coordinate scheduling, equipment, and resources, while also supporting field technicians and leadership with reporting, documentation, and operational tasks. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced technical environment, and effective cross-functional communication.
