About the Role
The Restaurant Server Assistant plays a crucial role in maintaining a seamless dining experience by supporting the waitstaff and ensuring cleanliness and organization within the dining area.
This position requires a proactive approach to service, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Table Management: Clear tables of used dishes, utensils, and glassware promptly after guests leave.
Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware for incoming guests.
Ensure that all dining areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary items like napkins, condiments, and utensils.
Food Service Support: Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests efficiently.
Refill water glasses and other beverages as needed throughout the meal.
Help with food running during busy periods to ensure timely service.
