Server and Network Administrator / IT Support

Key Responsibilities

• Manage network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Configure and maintain servers (Apache, PHP, MariaDB) and perform routine system maintenance.
• Administer email accounts, user access, and data backups.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Monitor system performance, security, and manage web/database content.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and assist in IT policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in server, network, hardware, and software support/administration.
• Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and server environments.
• Experience with Apache, PHP, and MariaDB is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
