Provide first-line support for server operations, health monitoring, and routine maintenance.
Monitor server performance (Windows/Linux OS), including CPU, memory, disk usage, and system availability.
Create, modify, and delete user accounts and manage access permissions.
Apply routine OS patches, security updates, and antivirus updates.
Troubleshoot basic operating system and server-related issues.
Assist with hardware replacements and upgrades, including HDDs, RAM, and other server components.
Escalate, track, and document incidents through the ticketing system
