Provide first/second line technical support for CNS Protocol test product lines (PCI Express, CXL, NVMe, Ethernet, Fibre Channel SAS, SATA). Respond to customer queries and requests for help using the support tracking system by web, email and zoom. Utilize Protocol Analyzers and other test and measurement equipment.
