A leading global BPM firm is looking for a General Manager – Workforce Management in Cape Town, South Africa. In this role, you will drive the overall Workforce Management strategy including forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling. You will manage large teams, ensure adherence to service levels, and continuously improve processes. The ideal candidate should have over 12 years of experience in Workforce Management, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. This position may require US rotational night shifts.
