Responsibilities

• Produce utilities drawings and cross sections.
• Use Autodesk Civil 3D and Bentley OpenRoads Utilities software.
• Be aware of authorities standards and requirements.
• Monitor progress of drawings and documentation for NOCs.
• Coordinate with client dealings, internal and external, and liaise with all government offices and service authorities in UAE for all technical queries and issues.
• Track utilities NOCs and ensure all of them are completed on time.
• Liaise with all relevant agencies/authorities and client team to obtain necessary approvals and NOCs.
• Attend coordination meetings and provide support during NOC process to the design team.
• Participate in project design meetings and recommend improvements if needed.
