Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Design: Follow full design lifecycle, from initial user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and developer handoff.
- Figma Excellence: Build and maintain scalable, robust Design Systems in Figma, utilizing advanced features like AI tools, auto-layout, components, variants, and variables.
- User Research & Testing: Conduct discovery research, user interviews, and usability testing to validate concepts and iterate based on real feedback.
- Collaboration: Work as a strategic partner with Product Manager (Customer) & Product Owner to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Information Architecture: Design complex workflows, site maps, and navigation models that simplify the user journey.
