Senior Transmission Network Engineer

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for company's optical transmission networking products after-sales support for SDH/HMSTP/DWDM equipment such as site survey, installation, planning, commissioning, migration and maintenance. Responsible for solution review and provide low level network solution design to internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for collaboration with cross-functional teams, including customers, account team, project management office, product technical sales, and other delivery network engineers, to ensure seamless system functionality from on-site survey, supervise, testing, commissioning and maintenance of network, and technical proposal of new network presales stage. Responsible for issues or outages recovery in the live customer network. Carry out post investigation and communicate with stake holders for root causes with final report.
