Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and automate telephony-related applications using Node.js, Python, PHP, React, and microservice architectures.
- Integrate LLMs, STT/TTS engines, conversational AI, and real-time translation pipelines directly with Asterisk/VoIP systems to enable intelligent voice automation.
- Architect, maintain, and optimize Asterisk PBX, IVR flows, call-center servers, SIP routing, SBCs, and global VoIP infrastructure.
- Ensure telephony security, SIP hardening, redundancy, QoS management, failover routing, and continuous service optimization.
- Build, manage, and improve CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment of telephony microservices and infrastructure updates.
- Deploy, manage, and monitor containerized environments using Docker/Kubernetes with automated scaling and recovery.
