CSG is looking to hire a Senior Technical Trainer – SDLC Standards & Delivery Enablement who will play a critical role in strengthening our CDD’s delivery discipline, audit readiness, and consistency of execution across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). This is not a traditional classroom‑only trainer role.

This position operates as a delivery standards enablement partner, blending SDLC governance, process ownership, audit enablement, and applied learning. The role ensures that delivery standards are clearly defined, well understood, consistently applied, and effectively supported in modern, AI‑assisted development environments.
