The Senior Technical Program Manager II (Sr. TPM II) – Go-To-Market (GTM) owns end-to-end technical delivery of enterprise-critical Go-To-Market (GTM) and Design & Development Evolution (DDE) initiatives. This role operates at a senior altitude, leading programs with significant architectural complexity, multiple engineering teams, and material seasonal business impact. The Sr. TPM II is accountable for delivery predictability, technical risk management, and executive-level decision framing across the GTM value chain.
Key Responsibilities – Technical Program Leadership
- Own delivery of large-scale, multi-season GTM and DDE programs spanning design tooling, FlexPLM, digital asset platforms, APIs, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
- Lead execution of Design & Development Evolution (DDE), including Adobe design workflows, digital libraries, FlexPLM integrations, and 3D enablement.
