About the Role
We are looking for a Network Engineer with strong fundamentals in Routing and Switching, hands‑on troubleshooting skills, and practical exposure to SD‑WAN environments.
The ideal candidate should be CCNA‑certified and capable of working in a fast‑paced enterprise network support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot L2/L3 network incidents, including switching, routing, VLAN, and WAN-related issues.
• Monitor and manage network performance across large, distributed environments.
• Work on SD‑WAN technologies for configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and configuration logs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex network problems.
