The Field and Partner Learning (FPL) team equips Red Hat field associates and partners with the skills and confidence to deliver exceptional customer experiences. We create learning strategies that align to Red Hat’s go-to-market priorities , ensuring our sales, technical, services, and partner teams can consistently communicate business value across the customer journey. We partner with global and regional sales leaders to design, deliver, and measure enablement programs that accelerate adoption, drive growth, and strengthen Red Hat’s differentiation in the market.
