437 has a small, close-knit product team that operates with a high degree of ownership. We're looking for a Senior Technical Designer to join our team who has a genuine interest in what 437 is building and wants to shape the way we work.

As Senior Technical Designer, you own the spec from concept through production, partnering directly with Design and Product Development to make sure every style delivers on fit, feel, and the silhouette 437 is known for.

Responsibilities

• Translate design concepts into precise, production-ready tech packs and BOMs across all commodities
• Own fit, construction, and grading from prototype through final approval
• Lead the fit cycle, compiling and translating wear-trial feedback into clear, executable corrections
