In this full-time position, you will oversee the technical design process from concept through production. You’ll collaborate closely with Design and Product Development to ensure every garment reflects the fit and silhouette 437 is known for. Your expertise in construction and grading will be pivotal in maintaining quality throughout the fit cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate designs into accurate tech packs and BOMs
• Own garment fit, construction, and grading processes
• Lead fit cycles and implement wear-trial feedback
• Communicate effectively with vendors on quality and corrections
• Maintain POM and block spec library in PLM

• 6-8+ years in apparel technical design
