Senior Technical Coordinator - Site Based

Job Overview The Senior Technical Coordinator - Site Based is responsible for ensuring the correct execution and implementation of all architectural fit‑out and joinery works on the construction site. This role plays an important part in maintaining alignment between approved drawings, design intent and actual construction while resolving technical challenges on‑site in coordination with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams. This position requires a hands‑on, detail‑oriented professional with deep expertise in high‑end interior and architectural finishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and verify the execution of architectural, fit‑out, and joinery works on site in accordance with approved shop drawings, material submittals, and project specifications.
• Resolve design and coordination challenges in real‑time to prevent project delays and rework.
