What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle hiring for engineering and tech roles across Egypt (Alexandria), Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and other locations.
- Build strong talent pipelines, especially in Egypt’s fast-growing tech scene.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to define roles, advise on market realities, and improve our hiring process.
- Represent Sana Commerce with energy — you’ll excite candidates about our culture, mission, and international journey.
- Drive continuous improvement: new sourcing tactics, smarter processes, better candidate experience.
