About the Role
StratifyIQ is seeking 5–10 highly skilled Talent Solution Agent Executives with excellent English communication and minimal accent for outbound prospecting. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging HR and Talent Acquisition leaders across mid-market and enterprise companies. Your primary focus will be high-volume outbound calling, data cleanup, and appointment setting.
This is a great opportunity for sales reps who are disciplined, tech-savvy, and strong communicators and those who thrive in fast-paced sales environments and enjoy hitting activity metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Appointment Setting (Primary – ~75%)
Make 100+ outbound calls per day to HR, Talent Acquisition, and VP-level contacts.
