Senior Talent Partner (Sales & Professional Services) – 6‑month contract in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to hire go‑to‑market talent and sales professionals who manage complex enterprise deals, often selling directly to CFOs and finance leaders.
- Build and iterate hiring processes to scale with speed and quality.
- Leverage ATS and recruitment analytics to optimize funnels and reporting.
- Identify and experiment with new sourcing channels, tools, and technologies.
- Recruit for sales & professional services roles in SaaS or enterprise tech.
- Recruit in the U.S. market, collaborating with senior sales leadership in high‑growth environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales roles.
- Proven track record of hiring across Sales, Solutions Sales, and Product.
