Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure projects including planning, design, implementation, migration, testing, deployment, and project handover.
- Independently handle project execution, technical coordination, implementation activities, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers during project implementation and support activities.
- Lead technical discussions, project meetings, implementation planning, and infrastructure solution reviews with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Design, deploy, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across physical, virtualized, hybrid, and cloud environments.
- Support and manage virtualization platforms such as Microsoft Hyper‑V, VMware, Azure Stack HCI, and dHCI solutions.
