Senior Systems Engineer

About the Opportunity

• Senior Systems Engineer role on a team of 7, dealing with projects, solutioning, and daily operations involving servers/virtualization/storage/M365/etc.
• Generalist position that owns platforms and works on continuously improving systems, guiding teams on complex IT projects.
• Proactive issue discovery and proposing/implementing solutions is essential.
• Mostly on‑prem environment with ~300‑400 VMs – 90% Windows, 10% Linux – including Hybrid Exchange/EntraID.
• Role is 50% hands‑on and 50% projects/solutioning/discovery/documentation/guidance of teams.

About You

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure management.
• Strong experience with Windows servers (on‑prem) with VMware, scripting, clustering.
• Strong M365 experience / Active Directory / EntraID.
• Deep expertise with storage / SAN / backups / DR.
