Act as the SME for core infrastructure systems, platforms, and services
Design, support and evolve our global esports infrastructure
Collaborate within a diverse, cross functional team across engineering and operations
Develop technical standards and enable operations teams through documentation, automation, and coaching
Participate in global event support as needed, including occasional non standard working hours 5+ years as a Systems, Support or Infrastructure Engineering roles
Experience with Ansible and Terraform for automation and configuration management
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins)
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, AHV).
Experience designing and operating containerized workloads (e.g., Docker)
