Senior System Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities

The role is responsible for the availability, security, and performance of enterprise IT systems, end-user computing, network infrastructure, and virtualized environments. The role includes hands‑on troubleshooting, proactive monitoring, backup and disaster recovery management, and enforcement of security controls to support stable operations and compliance requirements.

• VM Platform Orchestration: Administer and maintain high‑availability virtualization platforms, including Dell EMC VxRail, IPServerOne, and the dedicated Disaster Recovery (DR) Site at CJ1.
• Data Protection & Backup Strategy: Execute rigorous backup and replication protocols. Monitor daily task completion to ensure that all production‑critical Virtual Machines (VMs) are backed up and replicated according to the RPO (Recovery Point Objective).
