Minimum S1 in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst in large-scale software development (ERP); multifinance experience is a plus.
Able to perform requirement gathering from stakeholders (business & technical).
Able to translate business needs into feasible technical solutions.
Understanding of system design & architecture, Database (SQL, ERD, normalization), API & integration (REST/SOAP).
Experience with UML (sequence diagram, activity diagram), wireframing/prototyping tools.
Understanding of SDLC (Agile/Scrum and Waterfall).
Able to bridge between business and IT teams.
