Senior Synthetic Data Engineer

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a   Senior Synthetic Data Engineer  for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Europe. Our client is a global leader in consumer electronics and digital accessories, specializing in computer peripherals, gaming hardware, and video collaboration solutions.   A key challenge for the team is scaling high-quality datasets required to train and validate these models. Currently, engineers are overloaded with both model development and data-related tasks, creating a bottleneck in delivery. To address this, the project is structured around a three-pronged data strategy:  Real data collection from physical environments (conference rooms), which provides high-quality but limited and costly data;  Synthetic data generation using Unreal Engine, enabling scalable creation of diverse and targeted scenarios;  Generative AI–based data augmentation (e.g., diffusion models, tools like ComfyUI), used to expand and enhance existing datasets.  The team works with mul...
