Senior Surveyor

Position Summary

Reports to: Survey Manager. The Assistant Surveyor supports construction surveying activities by assisting with field measurements, layout, data collection, and documentation to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with project specifications. Working under the direction of senior survey staff, this role helps maintain survey control points, verify drawings, operate and care for equipment, and contribute to quality checks and as-built records. The Assistant Surveyor plays a key role in ensuring reliable field data and smooth coordination between survey, engineering, and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage survey subcontracts, including scope definition, coordination, performance monitoring, quality assurance, and invoice validation.
