This role serves as an escalation point for complex technical issues, influences product quality through deep collaboration with engineering teams, and contributes to strategic improvements in support processes and capabilities.

The Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in technical support, software engineering, or product operations.
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Proficiency with debugging tools, log analysis platforms, monitoring systems, and performance tuning.
  • Strong scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
