About the job Senior Staff Engineer (BCD Devices) Responsibilities:
Dealing with customers to understand all BCDMOS active and passive devices and their feature requirements.
Led the BCD technology‑related active and passive device P-cell layout generation.
Working closely with the Modelling team to get models developed to satisfy customers' application‑specific needs.
Work closely with PDK teams to implement all necessary application‑specific device features in the PDK and close the loop/technical communication with customers.
Based on customers' needs, enhance BCDMOS device performance and features.
Requirements:
Master or PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Physics with 5 years experiences in the Semiconductor Fabs environment.
Bachelor's degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering/Physics with 8+ years of experience in BCD device development is welcome to apply.
Skills in Bipolar CMOS/DMOS, TCAD, RFSOI, or other semiconductor device technology.
