Job Description
Key responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing the Dynatrace observability platform (SaaS or Managed) to ensure high availability, performance, and user experience of enterprise applications. Able to utilize Dynatrace AI (Davis) to troubleshoot issues and automate monitoring across hybrid cloud environments, often integrating with DevOps tools (CI/CD) and IT Service Management (ITSM) systems.
- Install and configure Dynatrace OneAgents
- Set up synthetic monitoring
- Define alert profiles and create custom dashboards
- Monitor multi-tier applications, cloud services, and databases
- Ensure high availability and performance monitoring
- Use Dynatrace AI (Davis) for root cause analysis
- Identify bottlenecks in production environments
- Integrate Dynatrace with DevOps tools
