Role Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce OCM Lead to drive change readiness for Salesforce launches. This role focuses on impact assessment, communication planning, go-live readiness and adoption support, ensuring smooth organizational transition and maximum user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change readiness activities for Salesforce implementations including impact assessments and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and execute communication strategies to prepare end‑users and leadership for upcoming changes.
- Coordinate go‑live readiness activities ensuring teams are prepared for Day‑1 operations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to design and deliver adoption support programs, training, enablement and feedback loops.
- Monitor adoption metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on change‑management risks and mitigation strategies.
