Have 2-3 years experience at senior chef level in a hotel kitchen with busy banqueting business
Experience of Food Safety Management systems
Knowledge of purchasing, stock management and waste management
Interest in training and coaching less experienced members of the team to ensure a consistently high quality product is delivered at all times
Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a pressurised environment
