As a Senior Solutions Engineer at NinjaOne, you are the technical backbone of our EMEA Commercial organisation. You bring calm authority and deep platform expertise to our most demanding customer engagements, operating across the full pre‑ and post‑sales lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing

Pre‑Sales Technical Support

• Engage on high‑complexity deals at the request of Account Executives, delivering advanced technical presentations, POC design, and solution architecture
• Answer escalated technical questions from prospects requiring deep product, integration, or infrastructure knowledge
• Support AEs through technical discovery for complex environments – MSP, multi‑site, multi‑product, or regulated industries
• Represent NinjaOne at trade shows, partner events, and webinars across the EMEA region
