About the Role
**Position Summary...**
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with strong experience in building high‑scale distributed systems using Java, Rust, and NodeJS, along with modern Front‑End development skills. In this role, you will contribute to evolving and operating the Marketplace API Gateway, which handles high‑volume traffic from sellers and solution partners, and help design and build the new Marketplace GraphQL (mGQL) experience‑centric gateway. You will also work on enhancing developer.walmart.com to deliver intuitive, end‑to‑end developer experiences across our Marketplace API ecosystem, and extend the MCP (Modal Context Protocol) gateway to enable agentic integrations within the Marketplace domain. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across backend services, federated GraphQL patterns, and developer‑focused platform capabilities.
