Senior Backend Engineer – Kantar

Join the Profiles division of Kantar as a Senior Backend Engineer, working on internal platforms and client‑facing services that operate on a global scale. The role focuses on designing and developing scalable, secure, and high‑performance backend systems using Python, FastAPI, and cloud‑native architectures.

Location: Portugal
Hybrid work model – three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Backend Development
  • Take technical ownership from design to production and ongoing operation of backend services.
  • Drive design and architecture decisions, balancing delivery speed with long‑term maintainability.
