We are looking for a motivated and technically curious Officer to join our Excellence Engineering team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, contribute to solving engineering challenges, and grow into a leadership role. You will support engineering teams in managing escalations, reviewing customizations, and improving observability and automation practices.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving engineering escalations for the Charles River IMS platform.
Support review and documentation of small-scale design and customization requests.
