Senior Full Stack Software Engineer
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Hiring Assistant team—one of the most critical bets in Homebase’s future.
This is a high‑impact role where you’ll own end‑to‑end systems, shape architecture, and drive AI‑powered product innovation across the stack (React + Ruby on Rails).
Responsibilities
- Help lead the design and development of scalable full stack systems using React (frontend) and Ruby on Rails (backend).
- Own complex features end‑to‑end—from ideation to production—focused on Hiring Assistant workflows.
- Architect and evolve systems that support AI‑driven hiring experiences (screening, matching, automation).
- Integrate and apply AI/LLM tools, agents, and automation frameworks to improve product capability and team velocity.
