Lansweeper is evolving its engineering organization toward an AI‑native development model , and we’re looking for AI‑Native Senior Software Engineers who combine strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to work effectively in an AI‑augmented workflow.
Your mission: build and own reliable, scalable systems in an environment where code is cheap, but correctness, architecture, and long‑term quality matter more than ever.
You will use AI as a force multiplier—not a shortcut—ensuring that speed never compromises engineering rigor.
You will work in a modern cloud‑native stack: Golang, Node.js , Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and GitHub‑based CI/CD.
