TL;DR Kharon is seeking a full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer based in Denver. This role requires in-office attendance at least 3 days a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Spearhead the full lifecycle management of our multi-cloud Kubernetes environment (AWS EKS), ensuring container orchestration remains resilient under massive data processing workloads
- Architect and manage global infrastructure (RDS, S3, Route53, ALB/ELB) as code using Terraform, driving the organization toward a fully immutable infrastructure model
- Design and optimize automated CI/CD workflows via GitHub Actions, Helm, and ArgoCD to establish and maintain a high-velocity GitOps culture
- Partner with Data Engineering to harden and scale platforms supporting Airflow and Databricks, ensuring peak performance across intelligence pipelines
