Position: Senior Shift Technician – RLOC
Location: Ras Laffan, Qatar
Department: Maintenance
This person works in the maintenance department of a petrochemical plant and handles equipment maintenance during shifts, especially after office hours, night shifts, or holidays.

The main role is to:
Lead maintenance activities during shift time
Ensure plant equipment runs reliably
Act on behalf of engineers when they are not present
Support plant operations and prevent equipment failures
