The role focuses on asset lifecycle management, automation, compliance, and integration with enterprise systems to ensure accurate tracking and optimization of hardware assets. Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure ServiceNow HAM Pro modules (Asset Lifecycle, Procurement, Inventory, Stockrooms). Manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle (request procurement deployment retirement disposal). Configure asset models, stock rules, transfer orders, and inventory workflows.
